I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the warm pool and delightful rooftop vibes, perfect for unwinding. The location, although bustling during rush hours, made it easy to explore various food spots and attractions within a short walk. The service from the staff was exceptional, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However, I did find the pool area a bit cramped, particularly with the limited pool chairs available.
I had a wonderful time at the Alagon, which was an excellent way to wrap up my journey in Vietnam. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff provided exceptional service, but the dining options left a bit to be desired. Overall, it was a relaxing stay with great amenities, though the price for drinks at the bar felt a bit high.

While the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, the service was a bit inconsistent at times. Overall, it was good value for money, particularly with included amenities like the afternoon tea.
My experience at the hotel was fantastic, with top-notch service and a beautiful pool. The staff went out of their way to make sure we felt cared for, especially Quin and Harry. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the rooms were very comfortable. However, it would have been nice if there were more spa options available for a truly luxurious experience.

However, I faced several issues including a confusing layout and poor customer service at the reception. My stay could have been more enjoyable if there were better communication and accommodations.
